- Subject to Universal Terms of Service: The following SUBPROCESSORS LIST (“Subprocessors List”) supplements and is subject to WeForms Pro’s (“Company”) Universal Terms of Service (“UToS”), which are incorporated herein by this reference, for which Company is a data processor. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the UToS.

- This Subprocessors List identifies subprocessors authorized to process Customer Content or Personal Data related to the Websites or Products. Pursuant to agreements with subprocessors, such subprocessors will be permitted to process Customer Content or Personal Data only to deliver the services Company has retained them to provide, and each is prohibited from using such data for any other purpose. Subprocessors may provide services related to the Website and/or Products or other online products and services offered by Company. The Subprocessors List below may not apply to previews or other products or services not yet in general release by Company.

If Customer visits or uses any aspect of Websites and/or Products, the subprocessor(s) identified below may process, store, or otherwise access Customer Content or Personal Data in the course of helping to provide the related product or service.
