In order to divide your form into different sections with titles and make it more user-friendly you can use the weForms WordPress contact form, Section Break. Section Break can be added from the Custom Fields/Others section. You can click on it or simply drag & drop it to the form.
Section Break Field Options
This field only has two options:
- Title: This option lets you assign the title for the Section Break.
- Description: You can add a description to the Section Break which will show under the title section
