Worried about importing contact forms or other contact forms? No worries! Here you go.
If you would like to import a contact form that you backed up before as a json file then just locate and click on that json file. weForms will automatically import your contact form.
To do it just navigate to WP Dashboard → weForms → Tools → Import → Choose File
Now, choose the json file from the specific directory.
Now just open your json file to get it done!
