MailPoet

MailPoet is one of the fast growing email marketing solutions for WordPress. It is very simple and provides almost everything you need for your small business’ email marketing. However, you might still need subscription forms to integrate and grow your subscriber list for marketing purposes. Here, we have weForms the fastest and easiest contact form plugin on WordPress to help you with MailPoet for weForms.

weForms has MailPoet Integration feature from the Personal Plan. You can easily integrate any form created with weForms and pass the data to MailPoet subscriber list. This doc will show you how.

Enabling MailPoet Integration

You must have MailPoet 2 plugin installed and activated in your WP dashboard Plugins directory, as shown below, for this integration to work.

You must also have a default MailPoet 2 list activated.

Setting Up MailPoet Integration

After activating MailPoet 2, navigate to WordPress Dashboard → weForms → Contact Forms.

Select the form you want to integrate with MailPoet. When the form opens, click on the Integrations tab and find MailPoet.

If you have MailPoet installed and already created your subscriber list, then it will appear in the list menu. Click on the dropdown menu titled List and select your MailPoet list.

Now, there are some Mapping Fields. You can map these input fields with MailPoet required fields. You can put your desired form fields of weForms.

Shortcodes are available for doing these easily. Simply click on the <> button on the fields and select the fields of your form from which you want to pass the data to MailPoet.

Basically, MailPoet stores the Email Address, First Name and Last Name. You can select those of the shortcodes just like the screenshot below. Finally, Save the form and you are done with integrating your form with MailPoet.

How the Integration Works
