How to Fix weForms Not Sending Email

Are you not receiving emails when someone submits via weForms?

If yes, then this tutorial is going to help you!

Fix weForms Not Sending Email

First of all, you need to choose an email provider to ensure that the email reaches your inbox, as well as reduces your server load.

Navigate to weForms -> Settings -> General Settings

Send Email Via

You will see a dropdown list of 4 built-in providers:

  1. WordPress
  2. SendGrid
  3. MailGun
  4. SparkPost

Choose your desired Email Provider from this drop-down list.

As WordPress uses PHP mail server, it does not need any additional setup or API key to work.

But if you choose any one of SendGrid, MailGun or SparkPost then you have to insert the API key and other necessary info (if needed).

For SendGrid, you have to insert SendGrid API Key to make it work.

All other email providers need to be set up in this similar way.
